Trusted by over 500 companies in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and South Tyrol

Does this sound familiar?

Customer data and quotes scattered across Excel spreadsheets, email inboxes, and the minds of individual employees.

Knowledge that exists only in their employees’ minds goes home at 5 p.m. They hope it will come back the next day.

Management asks, "How are things going in sales?"—and no one can give a reliable answer.

Why a "Made in Austria" CRM makes a difference for your data

Consolidate processes your CRM data exclusively on servers in the EU or, optionally, on your own infrastructure—unlike all U.S. providers (such as Salesforce or HubSpot), where unauthorized access by U.S. organizations cannot be prevented due to the CLOUD Act.

  • Choose between EU cloud or on-premises
  • GDPR-compliant by design, not retroactively implemented
  • European AI (Mistral AI)
  • Developed in Austria for SMEs in the DACH region
  • On the market for 30 years
  • Full data sovereignty: You decide where your data is stored

Use Cases

Everything's connected – your CRM doesn't work alone

With most providers, CRM is just another tool that you have to set up and manage separately and painstakingly integrate with the rest of your systems. With Consolidate, it’s part of a unified platform from the start—with the same contacts, the same files, and the same user management as all other modules.

CRM ↔ Email:
Every message to or from a customer automatically appears in their contact history—without any manual linking required.

CRM ↔ Calendar:
Appointments with customers are scheduled directly from the CRM and immediately appear in the team calendar.

CRM ↔ Projects & Tasks:
A closed deal becomes a project with tasks with just one click—without having to re-enter any data.

Everything stays up to date automatically and in one place.
(No exporting, no copy-pasting, no sync errors between tools).

Discover how your CRM integrates with team email, project management, and tasks.

FAQ

Consolidate CRM is the central contact and company database within the Consolidate platform. Instead of a standalone contact list, it automatically links contacts to shared emails, tasks, appointments, and documents, so your team can see the full context of a customer at a glance—without having to switch between multiple tools.

Pipelines map out your sales process in clearly defined phases. You can easily define these phases as statuses in the admin area and assign them to the corresponding tasks. This allows you to create a project, and the Kanban view gives you a perfect overview of your sales pipeline. Deals are created as tasks and can be moved between phases using drag-and-drop, so you can always see where a deal is in the process.
